How to make Tomato & Egg
Ingrediants:
Two tomatoes, two eggs, 1 ~ 2 teaspoon of sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, some green onion.
1, Chop tomatoes;
2. Mix eggs;
3. Chop green onion;
4. Pour oil (I used 2.5 tablespoon) in the pan and wait till it gets hot;
5. Put chopped green onion in the pan and fry it till it starts to change color;
6. Quickly pour egg mix in the pan until it is cooked, then take the egg out (drain off oil) and put it in a plate;
7. There should still have some oil left in the pan, so just put chopped tomatoes in the pan and starts to stir fry them;
8, After 10 ~ 15 seconds, pour water (depends on your preference) in the pan, add salt and sugar then starts to stew;
9. When the tomatoes gets soft, put the eggs cooked before back in the pan and stir fry everything for about 20 seconds;
10. Turn off the stove, pour the tomato & egg in a plate and enjoy it!
